Eric will guide you through four structured training sessions. The focus will be on precision of running specific movements, building comprehensive strength, optimal flexibility and improved athleticism, following a structured and very challenging format. You will train in a group setting, with each participant working at his or her own ability level. There will be NO running.
This innovative program will electrify your neuromuscular system and build a foundation of athleticism and conditioning that will elevate your running to the nXT level. Working barefooted, the group will work with fit balls, power balls and body weight. No heavy weight or equipment will be used. But, this doesn’t mean it will be easy. Bring a towel and water bottle.
Payment of $120 will be due at the first session. Space is limited (maximum 10 participants). Registration deadline is April 27.
